A. If your insurance covers the cost of your prescription, that’s great. You can talk to your doctor and share the news so they can write your prescription and get you enrolled in NUPLAZIDconnect, a support program that helps you get started on NUPLAZID. With NUPLAZIDconnect, you’ll have a dedicated Care Coordinator who can connect you with answers and help you understand what’s next.
If your insurance does not cover the cost of your prescription, you have several options. Your Care Coordinator can help you explore your options, which starts with a simple form your doctor’s office completes for you.
Q. What type of financial assistance could I qualify for?
A. There are several options you may qualify for, depending on the type of insurance coverage you have.
If you have commercial insurance that covers NUPLAZID with a co-pay or co-insurance, you’re eligible to get NUPLAZID for $0, no matter what your income is.
If your insurance doesn’t cover the cost of NUPLAZID, or if you don’t have insurance, you may be able to get NUPLAZID for $0 through the NUPLAZIDconnect Patient Assistance Program. Your Care Coordinator can check to see if you qualify based on your income and NUPLAZIDconnect patient eligibility and terms and conditions.
Q. How do I get my NUPLAZID prescription?
A. Your doctor will write your prescription and may enroll you in NUPLAZIDconnect, a support program that helps you get started on NUPLAZID. You'll find help with navigating insurance, managing costs, getting your prescription filled, and answering your questions.
